Annapurna Circuit Yoga Trek

Australian Camp Yoga Trek – 2D/3N

A Signature Experience by Himalayan Bless Yoga Retreat

The Australian Camp Yoga Trek is a gentle yet deeply enriching Himalayan journey designed for seekers who wish to combine yoga, nature, and mindful trekking. Set in the serene hills near Pokhara, this short trek offers panoramic Himalayan views, peaceful village life, and daily yoga practices that reconnect you with body, breath, and soul.

Australian Camp (also known as Thulo Kharka) sits at a comfortable altitude of 2060 m (approx.), making it ideal for beginners, families, and first-time trekkers. From the campsite, you’ll witness breathtaking sunrise and sunset views over the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) ranges, surrounded by lush forests and open skies—an inspiring setting for yoga and meditation.

At Himalayan Bless Yoga Retreat, yoga is woven gently into each day of the trek.

Daily Yoga Practices Include:

  • Morning Meditation & Pranayama (breathing exercises)
Yoga asana (postures) to awaken and energize your body and mind through asana, pranayama, and silent meditation at sunrise over the Himalayas.

  • Evening Stretching & Relaxation
Gentle stretches, mindfulness, and guided relaxation help release fatigue and deepen inner calm.

  • Nature Yoga / Outdoor Shala
Practice yoga outdoors, grounded by the earth and energized by fresh mountain air. All sessions are suitable for all levels, with guidance adapted to individual needs.
